Ajith starrer ‘Billa 2’ which is released on July 13 has opening with mixed response by the audience, but according to box office report the film had a massive opening day & fantastic opening weekend.
In the second weekend itself the film had shown 50% drops in collection all over due to the negative feedback. Ajith’s star power & the hype of the film helped the film to turn as Hit.
Trade says that “’Billa 2’ has turned as a hit in the box office as the film has sold for a low price. TN distributors safely recovered their investments by end of 1 week. The film has grossed above Rs. 45 crore in Tamil Nadu alone in 2 weeks.”
In the third weekend ‘Billa 2’ had seen big drops around 70%.
