Paramount’s horror film ‘The Devil Inside’ is the biggest opening of all time for early January and that’s the third highest January opening ever behind ‘Cloverfield’ ($40.1 million) and the ‘Star Wars’ ($35.9 million).
The film has opened to a record breaking $34.5 million from 2,285 screens. ‘The Devil Inside’ was also the 5th best debut ever for a supernatural horror movie behind the last two Paranormal Activity movies.
‘The Devil Inside’ has been debuted at No.1 place at the box office.
