Ajith's golden jubilee film ‘Mankatha’ has seen a very huge opening weekend in Tamil Nadu. The film has smashed many records in box office and going strong with a huge response from the audience.
‘Mankatha’ is the 2nd biggest opener in Tamil Cinema post Rajinikanth’s ‘Endhiran’. In its 5 days opening weekend the film has collected approximately Rs. 25.90 crore nett on Tamil Nadu in 375 screens.
In the Chennai City ‘Mankatha’ collected Rs. 2.72 crore nett on its 5 days opening weekend.
